[Resolved] Pepperfry.com — Used product delivered and i am penalised | |||
Hello. I have ordered Nakasa Minijet 12 stage water purifier which I paid by Credit Card. 1. While accepting delivery, I could here loose parts noise but outer packaging was proper. I called Customer Support, they advised me to accept the delivery as packaging isnot a problem. If I do'nt accept the product then, I will be charged 5% of the cost. So I accepted the product. 2. After opening the outer packaging, I found that the product box was wait on one side and soiled too. I again called customer support. They told me to open the box and send the photos of product. 3. I opened the product and to my horror, I found the completely used, old, dirty product inside. I took snaps and sent it to Pepperfry.com email id - [protected]@pepperfry.com which I did. 4. Now they are saying, you package it properly and send it back and we will pay you Rs 150 whereas actual shipping cost is Rs 600. I have checked with local Police Station, they told me to file the FIR against cheating. Not sure what to do. My order no is[protected] and Case number is 00525793. Regards.
