[Resolved]  Pepperfry — defective product

Bought an office chair from pepperfry but it makes a continuous knocking sound when it's moved around.
Carpenter from pepperfry visited and he said the sound is bearable and should have bought a costly chair as all chair of this company will make the same sound. I guess 5500/- for an office chair in not cheap. Secondly why do they have company which sells such defective products and thirdly why should any new product make any kind of noise.
I got call from one of the executive and she said they will no take back the product as carpenter said the product is ok. When i called pepperfry the return department person said that he would come back after discussing with senior.. Never got call from them again..
So this seems like they don't care after selling.. Just sell the product and forget about it. They have made the whole system of complaint so difficult that every time you want to reply you have no option but the create a new complaint and they will create new i'd and whole process starts again.. The excutive will never call back again to inform you of the status
And there is no mechanism where you can write the review of the product as in amazon. So you buying product based on the pics
So anyone buying from pepper fry just make sure you know what you are into before buying
