Pepperfry — delayed delivery

I ordered a set of bottles from property on 2nd july the product went through qc and was shipped on 8th i got a message from the company station it will be delivered on or before 11th (Message attached below). I called pepperfry for the mistake they agreed that there is been a issue with delayed delivery and promised that they will get it delivered by tommorow and i specially made the point to note it in the complaint (For your interaction with pepperfry.com (Ph546476) crm:0005129) after this i was patient for the delivery and waited for the next day and order didn't got delivered. After 4days on 15 i called up the care again the care representative was agreeing that nothing was done on the complaint even after being a policy of resolving the complaint in 24 hours they took 4 days and when i asked them to connect to the manager the just whooed me away with a max 24 hour wait as i have already waited a long time. I am really frustrated with the care and delivery of the products even coming to the nearest hub to me on 8 th the order never got delivered till 11 even after intimidating the company about the issue they didn't work on it.

I demand a compensation of rs 500 against the carelessness of the company, misleading message, no proper support and redressal, metal tension caused to me. Appropriate information about the conversations have attached to the statements and below is the unbriged copy of the message stating the delivery of the products to be done on or before 11th. I hope pepperfry will look over the matter and solve it accordingly providing the compensation and making the delivery as fast as it can. Order no[protected].

As per the executive team manager called me assisting for the order (REF:[protected]kd1598539-S-PM10855 CRM:[protected] the transcript is added in last) according to them the given time was 17 to 19 but what last commited to me was 11 to support the argument I am adding my message box screenshot of they say that the time is 17-19 then the message misleaded me further adding to it on 11th the executive accepted their mistake and promised me next day delivery. My complaint was sidelined no resolution whatsoever on 15 which they agreed and caused me commotion on that day I took leave just so the delivery guy don't have problem delivering order even following every ethic and be very nice with the order and delivery guy what all I get is a stupid sorry that don't solve everything. I manager straightforwarded said no to any compensation and demanded 3 more days to settle it which is really not done. I am still standing on my decision of challenging the company cause i have talked hours to get this sorted and at the end all I get it SORRY which is not at all done. And if the company says it was a system generated mistake why did the executive didn't accepted it on 11 all I can makeout from this is now when they have seen that I am not letting this thing go they are pretending to be a system generated error and anyway if it's a computer generated error all the troubled caused to me isn't any less I need a proper redressal for this and their tracking system didn't provide me any details info about my orders which the messages did so obviously I need to go with what the message say and no where in message it's written that the date is estimated and the care simply misleaded me all through this .Hope see a positive response soon.

We understand you would have received a system generated message that the delivery will be done in 3 days time.
However due to certain reasons we were not able to deliver on that date.

Even after ehing promised for the delivery next day almost thrice during the whole span it never happened today is 18 2 days ahead of the managers commited date off delivery on phone by senior manager and 7days up by the message still no sign of delivery. Never experienced such nonsense costumer support just making false promises to keep costumer from filing complaint. Really fed up with pepperfry.

Surprisingly after all the fake note made by even the senior supervisors the order got out for delivery on 19th and it wasn't delivered I contacted the delivery boy which turns out to be supervisor and straightforwardly said that he won't be able to deliver it today cause there is no one in company for quite a few days, this made him the supervisor to go out for delivery and the customer always misled me with everything he even agreed that company do that because they can't accept their mistake really, he said it so casually like he has been seeing this issue for a long time and after I told the urgency for delivery he asked me to drive 15 km to collect that order that should have arrived at me at my doorsteps and the great thing is even after agreeing to meet at that place they never called me which they promised they will and thus misled me again. I don't know whether this company is made to mislead people or provide quality service. stunned by the answers of supervisor. I am attaching a screenshot of my account confirming the order was out and came back to the hub without getting delivered.
