[Resolved]  Pepperfry — Faulty bed not being picked up for return

I purchased a single bed from Pepperfry. The assembly carpenter that came declared the bed faulty and was unable to assemble it.
He said that one of the long bolts is stuck and cannot be repaired so I filed a return request.
The same person calls me every other day and tells me this technician will be sent and we need to confirm the problem.
I said ok. The technician came after 3-4 days and said the same thing.
They said send pictures which I had already done and so had their technician.
They still are saying someone else will come in 72 hours and disassemble the product which they know very well has not even been assembled.
The customer service person Dhawal.P is a robot who refuses to listen or understand. He just keeps repeating his script. The technicians are incompetent. The quality of the product is terrible and now I am stuck with pieces of wood that they refuse to generate a pick up for return like a normal, professional business.
NEVER BUY FROM PEPPERFRY.
They are scamming people of their hard earned money and don't care about quality or service.
