Pepperfry — fungus on daiki queen bed ordered from pepperfry

Order (O. No[protected] daiki queen bed on 10-may-18 and delivered to my doorstep on 18-may-2018. Need to assembled my own since they can deliver product to my door-step but cannot send carpenter to my location.

After usage of 90 days, white/black fungus was all over bed top, side and spoiled my mattress. Could also affect health if not noticed on time.

Report this issue to pepperfry, a very very sweet lady called to say sorry, nothing can be done in this case since it is not covered in their policy for such cases.

I want to take this to consumer court, if not resolved in next 10 days.
