Pepperfry — Got Cheated on CASHBACK

I had sent query regarding my 10% cashback on coupon code XMAS. feedback that I got on call was I cannot get cashback on EMI. Its very disappointing. They had sent this mail which clearly states about cash back will be refunded to your alternate account in case of EMI.

Following was mail

Since you had opt for an EMI, the cashback will be refunded to your alternate account. However, you will receive an email from our Payments team for the account details. The below are the terms and condition of Cashback:

Upto 50% Off+ 10% Cashback* on Eligible Orders above Rs. 25, 000/-.

Eligible orders i.e. final paid value(net of coupons) greater than Rs. 25, 000, extra 10% cashback* will be offered.
