I ordered an ergonomic chair on pepperfry for Rs.14k and I was supposed to get a cashback of around 6.6k to my pepperfry wallet.
This happened to me even after I went through all the policies and scoured through most terms and conditions before ordering. I will not accept it if pepper fry show me some T&C from some corner of the site because they have intentionally kept it hidden somewhere.
My problem with this "scam" is:
1. They never mentioned anywhere that the cashback I get will be expired in 1 week
2. That when I order something now, only 20% of that cashback money will be considered and rest should be my money
After ordering this I cancelled my order within minutes when I learnt about this. Now I will be losing 2.5% of the money I paid as well.
This feels like an intentionally set up trap that pepperfly has neatly planned. And I'm sure Pepper fry is making a lot of profit from their 2.5% deduction as well
I am a student that saved up my money for years and I worked hard for it. Even the 2.5% they are deducting from me is a very big amount for me. I am extremely disappointed with whatever pepperfry did to me and will continue to do to other customers. Was this information helpful? |
