[Resolved] Pepperfry — New Mattress Return | |||
Hi I purchased a Mattress from Pepperfry Online which was delivered 3 days back late in the evening. I realised that 8 inches high mattress does not fit my bed so I thought of exchanging it for 6inches and did not remove any packaging protective plastic cover. I also realised that mattress is too soft and I definitely needed to change it for a different mattress. I requested a return/ Exchange of mattress showing pic that its too high for my bed and that I would exchange it for 6 inch mattress. I only got a call today from Pepperfry agent and he expressed inability to return or even exchange since the size delivered is same as what I had ordered and that there is no defect. I tried reasonling with them that I would be happy to exchange it with whatever i select at their store to which they again refused. All this is when the mattress is just 2 days old and not even removed. I humbly request that Mattress is something you cannot conitnue using if its causing back ache and also when its not even fitting the bed properly. I find their stand to not return atll totally unjustified and request your intervention as I should not be made to suffer to live with this wrong mattress especially when we have not even opened this and I am well within my rights to return within 7 days Was this information helpful? | |||
