[Resolved] Pepperfry — non delivery of prepaid product and customer care is misbehaving | |||||
Order no.[protected]th december 2017 21:01:35 ist) They are not delivering sku: fn1580207-s-pm8748 part of my order, which is a mattress. Bluedart was not able to deliver that, as we stay in 2nd floor and there is no enough space in staircase to bring the queen mattress. Again they (Pepperfry) have rescheduled on next saturday (23rd dec 2017), but i have not received again. When i have called customer care, that guy (Sumit) is blaming me and misbehaving with me. They are rude, unprofessional!!! I want my money back and don't want the delivery Was this information helpful? | |||||
