[Resolved]  Pepperfry — Not accepting the return of the prepaid product which I purchased online

I purchased a carpet with order number[protected].
The carpet was so thin and slippery.
We were slipping off. It is not at all serving my purpose and hence planned to return it.
But they are not ready to accept the return.
How can we even judge a product by buying online, the material is so bad. What should I even do with the product of it's not serving my purpose ??
