Pepperfry — not proper support for products bought the pepperfry website | |||
I have raised a request for returning the four seater dinning table (Order no. [protected] just 2 3 days after i received the product as it is not up to the mark with quality. They took many days to respond and send some mechanic to repair it. He too found many defects but just did temporary fixes of the screws and left. We asked him that we want to return this product as it will create issues again but he said he is from hometown so cant do the return, we need to contact pepperfry for the same. I have called pepperfry and a customer care executive named rahul thorat was assigned my issue. He asked me to send the pictures of the product which i agreed to do so. Then he kept on forcing me to talk to hometown only for further issues. I explained to him that they have directed us to you but still without understanding the issue he just kept on repeating to tralk to hometown only. I have bought the product from pepperfry so i would be expecting a support from the same. I want to return this product as soon as possible and would never recommend any of my friends and family to buy any product from pepperfry for your worse support people.
