[Resolved] Pepperfry — not willing to cancel within 2 days of ordering even though the order is not shipped | |||||
I requested for the order placed on 29th July'18 at 10pm to be cancelled, however your customer care executive Sana said it can't be done. I checked the status and it shows the same status since 29th July'18 (order confirmed) I was very honest that I had ordered for a sofa through another online website. I had ordered for 1 single seater sofa and 1 two seater sofa. The single seater was delivered and the 2 seater was cancelled by the other company. This is the reason I ordered for another sofa through your website, however I just received a call from blue dart stating the sofa which I had ordered from the other company is out for delivery and will be delivered today. If you had already shipped the sofa I can understand that it cannot be cancelled, however the status for the last 2 days has been the same (order confirmed) it is not yet shipped.
