Pepperfry Online — return request for defective product | |||||
I placed an order on 2nd June worth Rs. 30, 000, purchased double king size bed, nilkamal table and 4 nilkamal chairs and one mattress and 2 door mats. Out of all I received all the products except chairs, late delivery of every product. Table and bed is defective and very cheap quality and not as per the description mentioned by the company. I am trying to return the bed worth Rs. 12, 999 and table that is worth rs. 799. I sent mails and called so many times but they always say “will revert back within 48 hours “. But they never ever call back. No customer services. Pepperfry is looting the customers by selling cheap and defective products. And I am not able to understand their return policy. As they ask for payment before the delivery of the product, this is the best way to eat the money of people. It’s really frustrating. Infact the mentioned the wrong product details, my request is, I want to return the defective ( full of scratches and no base, no support for the bed, only a thin paper kind of stuff for the base of bed, with Huge spaces, they mentioned it’s a storage bed, but no facility of storage and infact customer care executive also said that it’s not a storage bed) but and cheap bed and table( legs are not fitted properly, so it’s imbalanced and shaking) as there is no place at my home for useless things and I want refund of my hard earned money.
