Pepperfry — Order not delivered and Lack of information | |||
I placed an order for Gas Stove in Pepperfry.com. I paid by debit card, it was supposed to be shipped to Sunoj. The order number is[protected]. The estimated delivery date was 19/08/15. Today its 24/08/15, But the product is still not delivered. Another problem is that, the customer does not get any real-time info in tracking the product. I contacted customer support 3-4 times, even they don't know where the package is. How pathetic the service is, They show ads on TV constantly, make the customer order products, but won't deliver it and make us customers fools. The most irritating part is, I can't cancel the order ask a refund, because they will hold 20% as penalty charge. For there inability to deliver the product on time, why am I not even eligible to get full refund. The same product was available in Snapdeal for nearly the same price, But I went ahead with Pepperfry.com. I totally regret it, I have done online shopping from many sites, But this is my first worst experience. Was this information helpful? | |||

Totally worst service, they even promised a % refund with the product. Till now there is no info regarding the product replacement status or the refund.
