[Resolved] Pepperfry — ozone biometric safilo bio 1 iron 38.5 l mechanical motorised safe | |||
Dear Sir, I ordered Biometric Safe vide order no.[protected] on 31st August 2018 and with frequent followup i told that item was delivered on 19th September without delivered. I told that, I have not received the item, then they even produced Proof of Delivery which shows that item is delivered on 19th September and even the address which printed on POD is wrong. I requested and the delivery address are wrong. After regular followup and series of email exhanges they delivered the item on[protected]. When i enquired about the delay I informed by Fedex representative, that the consignment on[protected] only and without address, and his superior had provided the mobile number of me and asked him to delivery by calling the my mobile number. When i spoked to the Fedex i have recorded the conversations to prove the above facts. When i opened the consignment i found two items were missing which are part of the item ordered one is Internal LED lights and other are nuts/screws to fix the safe. I bought to the notice of Pepperfry and requested to check and revert back. I received reply that return the item stating the above reasons, i was unable to opt the return the item option as it was already disabled. Again a series of emails to resolve the issue, at last they the Vendor who has supplied the item to speak to me. I received the call from the Vendor and when i told that items are missing his reply was the product which is shipped does not have the LED lights. I told him to update the same to Pepperfry and i will return the item if LED lights are not provided, since i have bought the item only after seeing the product literature and videos and package list where it is mentioned that LED lights will be provided. I also received an email from Pepperfy on[protected] to assist me within 3 days and they also provided an email id of Mr. Kalpesh - Kalpesh.[protected]@pepperfry.com in case of further assistance required. I waited till 12th October and i wrote Mr. Kalpesh to resolve the issue or else i would approach Consumer Forum to help me in this regard, but till date i have neither received any email nor any call from Mr. Kalpesh or Pepperfry. So, i hereby forced to approach yourself to help me assisting to file a case against M/s. Pepperfy because of they negligence, careless attitude and unfair trade practices which having implication on my mental state, financial loss on this order. Waiting for your guidance so that i will proceed further by filing a case against M/s. Pepperfry to claim refund with interest and restrict M/s. Pepperfry to not to indulge in such trade practices by attracting poor customers with false promises, wrong statement, false POD's and most irresponsible in discharging their responsibilities.
