Pepperfry — Pathetic Customer Service

Absolutely pathetic service from Pepperfry and Home Town in understanding customers situation and concern and response to requests on human ground. Multiple requests were made since morning today and each person who has handled the call only shows off the soft communication and not one request was fulfilled after explaining the situation that there is a pregnant lady and assembly people turning up when I am not home is not even listened. The home town rep Sanjivini hung up the phone on customer. The assemble people's number provided does not respond even after 20 calls made to him, not one call is lifted or at least the courtesy to give a response to the call. Amny from pepperfry responds in a high pitch thinking he is the boss of pepperfry and he is the only person working on the entire floor and asks customer why are you calling so many times and does not give the phone to a manager when the call is recorded and customer requested for the same. This is not expected from Pepperfry or Home town for the brand image they carry. I think I have made a wrong choice to choose pepperfry.

This is absolutely pathetic that even after multiple requests you have showed a deff ear on a customers request. This is not expected from a brand as home town but now I see lot of complaints on hometown in consumer broad for service defect on your part. The number provided to me [protected] was not even responded at least once since morning even after 20 calls made. A human would at least respond to at least 1 call and at least provide some information. I have a situation where I have a pregnant lady at home who cannot carry any article as she is in 7 th month and my attention is required as one bed is required to be shifted so that the new product bought from pepperfry can be assembled. Now I have made multiple requests since morning and one single request for at least heard which is pathetic. At least a human understands and if an SLA is in place, based on customers request will at least raise the priority. Nothing of this sort has happened. Had this been the case of any VIP or a minister you would directly ensure everything is fulfilled within minutes but the same does not happen for a common man. Let me put the same on the consumer board as you do not deserve the brand image you have and you are just one other big company that plays around with customers and their time.

I will have to now check the product and after reviewing 414 complaints on pepperfry and around 500 complaints on hometown.
