[Resolved] Pepperfry — poor quality prestige mixer delivered
I placed an order for a Prestige Mixer Grinder on Pepper fry online on 5th Jan 2018. Details of the order are as below -

I Purchased the product to be used in my new house in March. When I opened the product to use on 5th March, I see that the product is of a very poor quality. I have attached pics of the mixer jar which is rusted. I doubt if prestige will manufacture such poor quality products. I suspect a duplicate is been sent to me. I raised this issue with the customer care and they couldnt help as the order was placed in January. Since the product is still under warrenty, I will want an explanation and replacement with original product.
