The sofa was purchased on 13th April 2024 and has a 36 month warranty.

However in 13 months the foam has started sagging in many places and the pepper fry carpenter who visited checked the sofa and confirmed that repair is not possible as the belts inside are defective and broken.

Pepper fry has emailed me that the product is not covered under the warranty citing reasons as “usage”

They are cheating customers by using cheap quality material, attracting customers by giving warranty and then not honouring their warranty.
