[Resolved] Pepperfry — they dont abide by their cancellation policy - pathetic return policy too | |||||
Pepperfry has the worst return policy among all the e-commerce stores. Why is it that they refuse to take return if the customer does not like the product for some reason maybe the material or color upon receiving? Isn’t that a reason enough to return something? They refuse to take return unless it’s damaged or not as mentioned in the description. Please think twice before purchasing from here as they put you through hell if you want to return anything. Also they do not abide by their cancellation policy which says you can cancel the item by deducting some charges as long as it is before being shipped. After a bad return experience I made another purchase and wanted to cancel it. They obviously said they can’t cancel it as it’s been more than a day. But clearly their policy says if it’s not shipped it is possible to cancel. They just force things upon you when you don’t like it and really want to return it. With convenient cancellation and return policies, one day, AMAZON is going to eat them alive. Was this information helpful? | |||||
