Pepperfry — tree crockery unit in walnut finish

It has been a month since the item was delivered in damaged condition (as identified by your carpenter on 25 May 2024.

It has been almost a month and the replacement has not been shipped. I am travelling now and unable to receive the delivery as informed to Pepperfry Support staff Akshay Girkar over 3 weeks ago.

It would be fair for me to be expected to be waiting any longer and I would like a refund. Pepperfry has not responded to the request.
