Pepperfry — unable to cancel my order within 24 hours which is not even shipped yet.

I've placed an order for shoe rack on pepperfry.com yesterday and wish to cancel the same but there is no option to cancel the order, I even sent a message to the customer care within 24 hours of placing the order that I wish to cancel the order but no reply yet, so I called up the customer care number twice but they are not ready to cancel my order, I even requested them as my order is not even shipped yet so whats the issue with cancelling the same but they are not ready to listen. Kindly help me with this issue, my order details are as below:

It says ships in 5 days and Confirmed Delivery by : Wed, 17 Apr - Mon, 22 so why cant they cancel the order. Kindly help.
