Pepperfry — Wrong item sent/refund process delayed | |||||
Pepperfry has send me a bajaj fan which is nothing like the pic. Its been a 15 days and return is not enabled. I contacted the customer care and they said its a 7 days return policy after delivery luckily i did not depend on online return which is disabled raised a return ticket thru connecting thru chat. They offered 40%refund which i rejected and asked for return of goods and 100% refund. They agreed, but the pickup guy has never turned up. Its been more than 5 days and everyday i am getting a msg that the item will be picked up from home giving the pickup guy number. If called to that guy he never picks the phone. I am totally pissed off with how pepperfry is dealing its return policy. Was this information helpful? | |||||
