Peppertap — Few items were missing and told (lie) that they will give money back or other items instead

I have ordered few items by making payments online and got very late delivery and top of that some items were missing. Delivery boy told that items were not available and he'll give those items next day morning but he didn't turn up. I kept on calling the customer care and the delivery boy and have told that the problem will get resolve in 24 hours but still pending. I've spend rs. 50 on calling so this is all seems unreliable and frustrating. We are spending money on calling them for small problems that doesn't make sense at all bcz we end up spending more money than we spend buying from local shops or vendors.

All i want to say if we think that we will do something good or we will provide some service to others so it should be with full commitment. Should not take for granted bcz if you are saying that you are giving a good service then it should be like one. Because a single customer is valuable for you.
