Peppertap — Not delivering my orders

Sir, I have got some pepper cash in my number but I don't get delivery and they are saying my adress is misused . I don't know why they are cancelling my orders for the cash which I got by reference . There is no terms and conditions in apps of peppertap. Kindly do the needful .
