I placed my order at 7PM (Order ID[protected] for which online payment was done and after 2 and half hour (9:26 PM) I received call saying that address is incorrect therefore delivery will be done in the morning but the address was same and I had also ordered from them earlier on the same address. Pepper Tap made different excuses for the delay which were inaccurate. Moreover they blamed me for putting wrong address, which was not true and no one gave proper response. I called 5 times at the costumer care number and after that I was payed a little attention. They told me 4-5 times that someone will call from their side to resolve the matter but no one did. After huge hustle someone from their side and said all they can do to help is they will deliver the items in morning.
Very unethical behavior of the employees and worst was their attempt to blame me for everything when actually they have bad service and are have irresponsible behavior. I will take a strong action on this matter and will not let this issue rest easy. Was this information helpful? |
