I bought Peps Spring Coil mattress on November 2016. Trust me from the day i am using this mattress, it is really comfortable and take away my peasant sleep times and 2 days back I Observed that the mattress got damaged in 2-3 places.
The bed's layer is teared so that it has started leaving their hold, making the inner texture visible in some places. Hence i wanted to contact the customer care to explain the scenario and get a solution, but the sad part, the Peps India site is surprisingly a very user unfriendly site or poor managed site which does not move links quickly. Finally i managed to see a number based Bangalore and that does not exist anymore.
When I am trying to fill the compliant I am getting the below message.
No route to host
Description: No route to host
