    I bought a peps mattress paying good amt of money, The mattress has been depressed in the middle and there is a 10 yrs warranty ok. I called for a repair or replacement and the person came as said you have to pay Rs.3 K to rectify, he took and sent to Coimbatore factory and returned again within 12 months same problem. I am not happy with the mattress and service

      I bought a peps mattress for 25 thousand it's been hardly 15 months...the mattress has been depressed in the middle and there is a 10 yrs warranty ok it..I called for a repair or replacement and the person came as said they cannot replace the same mattress I have to select some other...it is a worst customer support and services till now no response from there side.

          We have a complaint about Peps Mattress Company. They have cheated us. Their Mattress is of poor quality every year we complaint they change our Mattress when we asked for refund.             Sir/Madam, I am was facing the issue with the my 3 mattresses. It's very hard to sleep or sit over the mattress because when I am going to sit or sleep over the mattress, the mattress is going down and creating a void there.
            I am raised the complaint on[protected], after calling daily for resolution, around after 15 days got a call from your side for inspection of mattress. After the inspection of my mattress and bills etc...the agent requested for some time to resolve the issue. After some days received a call from your team (local) they said for replacement of mattress with so shipping charges i need to bare but i don`t need at all i need only refund of money because i am facing the issues for second time.
            On the first time, my mattresses were replaced because of spring issues. So I replaced the mattress with foam mattresses of your peps company(HYPONS Brand) the second time I was facing this issues with the mattresses by PEPS.So I NEED REFUND OF MONEY of 3 Mattresses.

                All are closed without proper solution or call. There is no escalation point in this PEPS company. I do not know if even this company CEO live or not.

                I never seen this type of worst company. almost I am following up 1 year about my damage PEPS bed which I bought 410000/- waste of money.

                Now, I purchased another one from wakefit - really excellent by comparing with PEPS 12000/- with same budget.

                      I brought peps mattress in nov 2016 and now it went of shape and if you sleep on the mattress, you will get feeling as if you were sleeping on hamak. Peps india team is not responding properly even after providing 10 years of warranty and wants me to pay money for service. They are saying all spring mattress would be like this deal with it and there is not problem with the mattress. I am planning to file a case against them.                         Peps bed bought was altered to fit my cot size from peps company guys. After alteration by taking the cot size, bed is not fitting properly.

                        Raised a complaint with customer care and they say the alteration is within the required precision, but tells its not the mistake of peps.

                        Finally they said, that if we are ready to pay rs.2500, they will get it done properly. This actually shows the mistake on their hand.

                        If the size taken by them is within precision then they would not have told that if i pay then can get it corrected

                          This is supposed to be an international brand but when you actually bite in india and no international level customer service is taken care. International is good only out of india. They don’t really care about the complaints i think even my complain is going to just stay in this box and just get rotten like the mattress. For all the international companies there has to be an international email id or a toll-free number where we can contact you direct company customer service and they should resolve the matter quickly

                            I purchased a peps restonic mid of june, i started using it in july. We started getting problem in same day. After repeated complaints to the dealer, customer care center, marketing person, the company representative visited us in july and say to replace the mattress. We still got defective mattress.

                            I bought Peps Spring Coil mattress on November 2016. Trust me from the day i am using this mattress, it is really comfortable and take away my peasant sleep times and 2 days back I Observed that the mattress got damaged in 2-3 places. The bed's layer is teared so that it has started leaving their hold, making the inner texture visible in some places. Hence i wanted to contact the customer care to explain the scenario and get a solution, but the sad part, the Peps India site is surprisingly a very user unfriendly site or poor managed site which does not move links quickly. Finally i managed to see a number based Bangalore and that does not exist anymore. When I am trying to fill the compliant I am getting the below message. No route to host Description: No route to host So please suggest me guys how to replace the mattress.

                              I have bought a peps spind guard mattress on 8th march 2012 from Kasturi nagar, bangalore. I bought this product as company claims it to be good for back. In the beginning me and my both both felt stiffness on using this mattress but we thought it would take some time to adjust to this mattress. We used it for one month but we had stiffness in back on daily basis.

                              So i raised a complaint on Peps India website on 9th april. Two days late I got a mail from Mr Gopal Naik from peps. He told me that next he would visit my home to check the mattress. But he didn't come and keep on giving me some or other excuse.

                              On 22nd april i contacted mr Srinias from peps through my dealse. He came to visit my home around 25th april and asked me to use mattress on Cot.
                              He told if even after using it on cot I get back pain he'll take action but since last two week i'm using it on cot and again both o[censored]s are having back pain on daily basis.

                              On 17th may I contacted Srinivas again but he said he would discuss it on 21st May with GM operations. Since 22nd may i tried calling him but he didn't answer my phone. On 25th may I called him again and he told me it would take another 6 months to adjust to this mattrice. And he keep on repeating only one thing that their mattress is good and it would take some time to adjust to it.

                              I bought this mattrice so that it would be good for my back but it's been really bad experience. On top of that I have never seen such a bad customer service. Horrible customer service.

                              Last month Feb 2013 I got the Same (Spine guard -spring) mattress. Its really horrible experience they claim that its a orthopedic mattress which u never get the back pain but we could never get any kind of comfort using this. Really bad experience.
                              I have Peps Spring Koi Mattress and I am also having back pain issues after 4 month of its use, this mattress is very loose and defective.
                              I am keep calling their service people but their response is very horrible, it looks like they do not care for customer.

                              First thing we can do as unit is to stop buying from peps brand until all registered complaints on popular consumer forums is marked resolved.

                                I purchased a Peps Restonic (luminous) end of February, I started using it in March end. We started getting problem in May. After repeated complaints to the dealer, the company representative visited us in July and suggested to turn the mattress. We still got problems and chased the company executive in August /September/ October.

                                Now, despite the fact that a government approved doctor states that the back problem started due to the mattress, the company is charging me to replace the mattress. For some icing on the cake, the company executive does not agree that the mattress has a problem.

                                I have another peps mattress, that I am now sleeping on, which is perfectly fine and which helped in recovery from back pain. But the faulty mattress, has become a real hassle as we cannot store and we cannot through it (unlike US where trash bins are larger and parked outside)

                                I requested the executives to take it back and I need no refund or replacement, they do not agree, they want to give replacement and charge me for that. The dealer has given me a certain discount on the product and the company is charging me the MRP. They executive justifies it by saying that the company will not bear any cost, that has to be paid by the customer. So the company covers all the expenses in the discount, that should have been offered to the customer.

                                Now, in this entire story where does customer service come into play.

                                I have written 10 times to the GM Operations, he does not respond. I have also brought this to Mr Madhavan's (Managing Director) attention but there has been no response.

                                The mattress was replaced, I paid the freight cost and the difference amount but the mattress that was replaced did not last more than a year and had to be discarded. I didn't even bother to chase the service people this time. I switched over to the other renowned brand, wouldn't want to promote the other brand but PEPS needs to do a lot about the service. I was called by the local representative to withdraw this complaint online but I didn't as I wanted to experience the new product before I can withdraw.

[protected] Mr.Yogender if we follow-up with him he can be of some help, please don't pay him if your product is under warranty, If anyone o[censored]s can get any help it would be great.

                                I bought a Peps restonic, Its feel like a metal beam at the middle of the bed. Its causing back pain, If I ask for service, they are saying its not a fault this model will be like that only we can't do anything . There is no use of having 10 years ofwarranty for that product, they will not do any service help to the customer. Very very very worst product.

                                Worst service EVER its when I have not even got the delivery of the product I am struggling even to get the Mattress I wish I could have read these reviews before... I think I made a right decision by cancelling it, here are what I faced from the time I ordered 1)False commitment booked on friday 19th morning, shopkeeper at BG Road said he doesnt have it but Domlur Branch (closer to the delivery address Old Madras Road)has it already and MAXIMUM by sunday it ll get delivered & took the advance knowing that we are shifting to a new house & we are relying on them for the mattress, I had been chasing and calling these people for reminder but in vain either they talk very unprofessionally & Rudely or phone is switched off 2) Customer service is pathetic, worst which I have ever seen, they will never call you back to update the status & when you complain they say you are being unprofessional & getting hyper unnecessarily & keep shouting at you saying i have been handling this business for 15 years there are 4 shops I handle & all that unnecessary stiff like a unprofessional 3) they dont have respect at all either for Customer or for Business I am surprised How company is letting such people run the show (I guess that is the reason so many complaints we see) 4) if delivery is so painful & unprofessional than one can imagine about after sale services 5) NO CONFIDENCE IN THE BRAND NOW TO PAY SUCH A PREMIUM PRICE FOR SUCH CUSTOMER SERVICE 6)after all this the shopkeeper asking me the address & says I was not aware of delivery location & keep blaming each other only HEIGHTS O[censored]NPROFESSIONALISM Dint you even see the bill where I have written the address in BLOCK Letters
