I bought a peps mattress paying good amt of money, The mattress has been depressed in the middle and there is a 10 yrs warranty ok. I called for a repair or replacement and the person came as said you have to pay Rs.3 K to rectify, he took and sent to Coimbatore factory and returned again within 12 months same problem.
