Periyar University — name in the marksheets & issued my provisional and degree certificate

Respected sir,

I, santu barik, a student of your university. My registration number is 11uhi17310007. I would like to inform you that the spelling of my name is wrongly recorded in the documents as santu brik instead of santu barik.

Therefore, i sent letters to the controller of examinations (The periyar university) but have not still responded.

(1) request letter for name correction, original two marksheets alongwith demand draft of rs. Rs. 2200/- (Demand draft number - 501090, date - 20/11/2019, [icici bank]). Through indian speed post. Post consignment number is ew[protected]in. On date - 25/11/2019) and it is received on date - 02/02/2019 by the office & it has been more than one month but i did’t receive any corrected marksheets till date.

(2) request letter for issuing provisional & degree certificate, submitted previously xerox copy of no dues as record to get pc/dc alongwtih demand draft of rs. Rs. 2400/- (Demand draft number - 501097, on date - 16/12/2019, [icici bank]) through indian speed post. Post consignment number is ew[protected]in on date - 18/12/2019 and it has been received on date - 23/12/2019 by the office it has been more then one month but i did’t receive provisional & degree certificate till date.

Kindly following details :
1) what is the cause of delaying to provide provisional & degree certificates?
2) when shall i get my corrected marksheets?
3) how long will i suffer for this matter?
4) how will the information be collected by post?
