Periyar University — request for quick action regarding correction of name in the marksheets & issue my provisional & degree certificate

Respected sir,
I, santu barik, a student of your university. My registration number is 11uhi17310007. I would like to inform you that the spelling of my name is wrongly recorded in the documents as santu brik instead of santu barik.

Therefore, i sent four letters for -
(1) request letter for name correction, original two marksheets alongwith demand draft of rs. Rs. 2200/- (Demand draft number - 501090, date - 20/11/2019, [icici bank]) on date - 25/11/2019) and it is received on date - 02/02/2019 by the office & it has been more than one month but i did’t receive any corrected marksheets till date.

(2) request letter for issuing provisional & degree certificate), submitted previously xerox copy of no dues as record to get pc/dc alongwtih demand draft of rs. Rs. 2400/- (Demand draft number - 501097, date - 16/12/2019, [icici bank]) on date - 18/12/2019 and it has been received on date - 23/12/2019 by the office.

(3) request for quick action regarding correction of name in the marksheets & issue my provisional & degree certificate along with controller of examnination instruction copy on date 27/12/2019 and received on date - 31/12/2019.

(4) request letter for name correction marksheets and provisional & degree certificate on date - 31/12/2019 and received on date 07/01/2020.

Please take necessary action to make correction of my name in two marsheets and issue my new provisional & degree certificate as soon as possible and send my corrected documents (Two marksheets and pc/dc) to my postal address which is written below. Due to non-availability of degree certificate, frequently i missed the opportunities.
