[Resolved]  Periyar University — Unable to download Hall Ticket

Hi, I have exam on 18-Dec-14 and unable to download Hall Ticket from the website since website is down. No one pick up the call if I call them. Don't know how to write exam tomorrow. This is just one example for our government offices / staff status.I think everything should be privatised
