Personal — Email id not opening

My name is Renu
My email id is [protected]@rediffmail.com
My email is not opening saying wrong user name n PW combinationI am sure I am putting the correct one..I have important mails to check n its my official email id.
Kindly look into the matter urgently n resolve the problem at your earliest.
