Dear, Management, Bajaj Finserv. I am your existing client, still one loan is running, by observing my 100% payment history on time, I got a call from your office and said '' you can get a loan up to Rs. 10lacs with in 15 to 20days, and I am sending field executive, please produce all relating documents and a blank cheque to the executive " so I did that as he said after talking with Mr. Deepak Sribastab (Manager, Loan department, Siliguri branch, he said) Surprisingly no communication after that, so I talked to Mr. Sribastab time and again and started excusing so so n bla-bla-, After that he not even picked up the phone, after that I have sent a strict message, n replied me " I will be sending your blank cheque and documents immediately" Already 6th months past but not at all received. For privacy I am not giving documents details, which I have given to the executive as Mr. Sribastab said.still All the proof is there with me. I had a respect towards your Esteemed company before, but now it is horrible.Anything can happen with people like me. I am highly surprised, being such a huge proffessionally managed company (MNC) level doesn't bother on so sensitive issues. So please take immediate steps to regain your company esteemed and goodwill. Otherwise no one will believe in you. Once again I am requesting you please, do the needful to get back my documents and cheque immediately and take a strict action against Mr. Sribastab.(phone number - [protected])Otherwise I have to go for legal Action.
