Personal — material stolen before delivery

Materil booked with excellent pakcing on 04.11.19 vide consignment no d53042564. It was delivered in home with worst repacking and few material was stolen from the packets. Amount alreday paid while booking the consignment itself rs 3110 at mohali chandigarh. Its embrace to do such type of illegal things. Need clear reply from the company before proceeding legal proceedings

Someone was misusing my Flipkart account. Hacked my credit card details and used for online purchase. But transaction was failed as OTP was generated on my phone. Flipkart excecutive are unavailable to help me.
