Personal — non receipt of payment for failed irctc booking

Dear sir,

I tried to book train tickets using razopay 2 times which got failed.

Transaction ids are -
[protected] and
[protected]

The status says payment failed for the first one and settled for the second.
However the amounts [rs 1310 each] was not credited to my hdfc bacnk account.

Could you please check and expedite the credit.

I am shamsha mamdani, I using you broadband since 6 months since we came back from USA, since 2 Days we have no internet we complaint local provider but no response so please
Cancel the internet and refund my money back immediately.i hope you will.
