Personal Phone — Day light robbery of hungama from bsnl subscribers

It is very sorry to note that HUNGAMA billed through BSNL Rs. 410 on 01.11.2015 without any explicit contract with them for availing any service. I do find an 50% increase of bill amount all at a sudden in October, 2015. When enquired the concerned BSNL authorities it is learnt that this is the result of just transmitting the email id of the subscriber (complainant herein). Is it not an act of picking the pockets of BSNL subscriber stealthily? Pl arrange to repay to my account the paid amount. I do really fear to receive any call at all from HUngama.
