I complained on the 20th of this Jan. 2016 about a recharge of #1, 700 that disappeared from my phone upon activation of data bundle but up till now, nothing have been done about it.

It is very sorry to note that HUNGAMA billed through BSNL Rs. 410 on 01.11.2015 without any explicit contract with them for availing any service. I do find an 50% increase of bill amount all at a sudden in October, 2015. When enquired the concerned BSNL authorities it is learnt that this is the result of just transmitting the email id of the subscriber (complainant herein). Is it not an act of picking the pockets of BSNL subscriber stealthily?...
