Dear Sirs,

I would like to inform to you that:
I made a payment of Rs.4270 to Zara on 23 Dec 2020 through Google Pay then Citrus Solutions Pvt Ltd., details as follows:

Order Nº [protected]

Refund Amount is 4270

Merchant Txn ID:[protected]

Citrus Txn ID: OL[protected].

Zara Confirmed they Refunded Amount through same channels.

Amount not received to my amount. (I checked already with my Bank SBI and Google Pay).

Also Zara Requested me to check Citrus.

Please find attached two documents:
1) My payment details; and
2) Zara’s Transactions details it’s clearly mentioned they refunded the said amount thru Citrus.
