Personal Sanjeev Acharya — non receipt of money transferred to airtel dth recharge

I have recharged my dth tv through paytm to the extent of rs.1200/- on 21/01/2018 at 2.21 pm. The paytm order order being
[protected].
Till this time amount has not reached airtel dth a/c no.[protected]
Kindly look into the problem. If not in a position to transfer the amount to airtel dth, refund the amount to my account [protected] immediately.
