Dear sir/madam

I ordered redmi note 9 pro tempered glass and the amount was 189, actually it was booked from my friends mobile. The item delivered was empty and in tried to call customer support, but no exact response. Needed prompt action.

Order id: od[protected] and i can't return it back.

Like this how can a normal person order any item from online site.

Needed a prompt reply from your side.
