Personnal — poor service | |||
Dear sir, I am not satisfied with your service and due poor service paid more amount, please confirm whether this is your plan to increase the payment? 1st incident : i have booked uber on 20th sep’17 (Driver name : sahayaraj _ cab no.3345) from central railway station chennai to iaf road, after 15 mints and many remainders cab reached. But they collect extra chargers for delay, delay due to driver not from me. 2nd incident : 30th sep’17 booked uber from rathna fan house, t. Nagar to iaf road at 9.30 pm (Amount around 340.00 & cab number: 3865, driver mobile no: [protected] & jhon), after many remainders driver has cancelled the booked service without my knowledge and he did not picked my calls. After 10 pm i have booked with some other cab (Uber, amount 564.00) i reached to my home. Around 200.00 rupees increased within 30 mints, this is your trick to get more money?.
