Personnal — regarding gas subsidy (dbtl) is not cumming to my account

I am govt.servant and having a joint account with my wife in PNB DEAL, Raipur Road Dehradun. My account number is [protected] from 2014 onward subsidy is regularly transferring to that account but since November 2017 it is not coming to my above said account and as I inquired form my Gas agency(Bharat Gas Service, Sahastradhara Crossing Dehradun) they replied that the subsidy (DBTL) is going to some other bank of other District . My gass connection No. is 15715.
I therefore request you please send my gas subsidy to my previous bank account for my convenience as early as possible.

I have registered a complaint regarding DBTL of LPG is not coming to my account on 04 June2018 . today is 06 June 2018 still I did;t get any response from your side. please do the needful if possible.
