Petilante Online — Delaying and giving dates and dates for flipkart product delivery

I placed an order for a laptop ( HP Pavillon dv0058tu) on 3rd October from Flipkart, at that time the tentative date of delivery was shown 11th October but it is not delivered yet. When I have registered a complaint for the same in Flipkart customer care, it was told to me that it would get delivered by 18th October but the product has not been shipped yet.

To registered complaint I called several times in Flipkart customer care but I didn't get convenient response from them. I have spent huge amount to buy this product and expecting delivery as soon as possible.Please look into this matter and kindly do the needful.
