I had ordered a phone from Flipkart which was Moto G64. I had placed this order on 29 December 2024. He came to deliver it to me around 11:30 am on 30 December. He was in a hurry. He opened the phone and showed it to me in a hurry. He did not even let me check it properly. He started asking me for the OTP again and again. He told me to hurry up as he had to deliver more. So I gave him the OTP without checking the phone properly. But as soon as I gave the OTP, my eyes went to the phone. The back panel of the phone was damaged and the front display was also damaged. A white light was running on the display and the back panel was cracked. I immediately showed it to him and he then talked to his team leader and then also talked to Flipkart customer care. The delivery boy told me to go to the Flipkart delivery office in Okhla. A mail will be sent from there and your problem will be solved. I immediately went to the Flipkart office in Okhla which is in Okhla Phase 2 but they did not solve my problem. I clearly refused. After that I talked to Flipkart customer care. They put a return request of mine which was rejected on 30 December 2024 at 7:00 pm. I immediately put a request again but I feel that nothing will happen even with this. I had bought this phone to gift it to my mother on New Year. Will you take any appropriate action on this and help me? I agree that it is my mistake too, but what could I do when the delivery boy was in a hurry and did not let me check the phone properly. I saw it immediately after seeing the OTP on the phone. I immediately told him but he also said that it is my mistake too, but I will also not be able to do anything. Now talk to Flipkart office once. The picture that the delivery boy clicks while taking the delivery also clearly shows that the phone was damaged, but he also did not pay attention. You can check it once.
