I ordered on 25 sept and it was showing that i would get my order by 4th oct but order is not shippped which was expected to be shipped on 18 sept .. what kind of service is that .. i want to resolvee my issueeeee assp order id-OD[protected].

I have ordered a laptop of hp on 23 September and the delivery date was 28 but on 28 they delayed and set the delivery date of 1 aug and on 1 aug they delayed and set the delivery date of 3 aug and today i called the flipkart costumer care they are telling that you will get resolution on 8 aug but they are not telling that where is my order and till when it will be delivered....

Product was not delivered even it not reached hub and cancelled after 20 days after receiving amount and order I'd in Flipkart OD[protected]...

Money was deducted from bank but my order is still in pending
And they show the reason is Payment not yet confirmed from the bank
These guys are fraud
This is very bad experience I’m facing
Not going to use these platform for expensive order...

If they are incapable of placing orders, why they are taking.. please consider my complaint

I ordered a laptop from Petilante Online seller on 6th AUG 2022 using flipkart platform. The order was delivered on 9th Aug which was defective. Raised return request on the same date for which I was told to wait till 24th AUG for technician visit. The technician never visited neither I got any call or any communication from them. I have recently ordered a Dell Laptop (dated 31st August, 2022) through my Flipkart account registered under my Mobile Number

I received the product on Sunday (dated 4th September, 2022) and found that the I have received a wrong product. The order was placed with 16 GB RAM specifications but I have been cheated and received the wrong product which has only 8GB RAM specifications Laptop which I have also confirmed from the Company with the product ST number given below. PFA for the invoice (product ordered) and pictures representing the product received by me.

I have also tried returning this product through the App but I am receiving error messages in the app from the day I have recieved the product and detected the issue.

Also please be informed that I have reached out to Flipkart multiple times and yet I have not received any official update or confirmation neither through a mail nor via call about the current status and on the replacement process.

After calling multiple times as you can see in my complain history, I have just received a compliant number (over a call only though) and was said that I will be called back and contacted by the escalation team on the same by today but yet I have not received any update on the same and it has already been over 36 hours since I have raised this concern with the product.Please find below the case/ticke number that I have received from the Flipkart executive.

I ordered Lenovo laptop from Flipkart and Petilante online was the seller on 22july22 and revised it on 26July22 night and I opened it on 27July22 and screen was not working and when it turned on it was flickering badly hence raised a return initially I asked for replacement but they said it’s not possible so only return option everyday Flipkart customer care called me and said they will do the pick up but no one turned up and on 2aug22 return period of the laptop was expired and still as my issue is open Flipkart gave me date that by 4aug22 my issue will be resolved but on 4aug22 I get a msg stating refund cancelled as return policy is finished case closed. Flipkart and seller was waiting for the policy to end so that I Should keep the faulty product with me. This is unacceptable.

I ordered a product on 26 July 2022. And they informed the delivery date is 31 July 2022. After 31 July I didnt get the product delivered.Even the tracking facility is not proper and not accurate.

Iam not satisfied with Petilante online.

I have ordered HP Laptop and the order was delayed and hence when i cancelled it and the money was refunded they should not have shown sales in gst return they have shown it as sales now how do i resolve this issue because flipkart has sidelined itself by providing no information its wrong in the part of flipkart to list such a seller without having any information about them or contact number of the seller. They are the ones to check first whether the seller is fradulent or genuine rather they are bringing them on a platter through a website.

I ordered Dell laptop but they delivered after 4 days when I order they promised to deliver within a day.

I order HP laptop from Petilante Online through Flipkart. But they are processing order but they didn't ship product with in promise date they didn't know value of customer and value of time. They are fraud.

I ordered Lenovo IdeaPad 3 Core i3 10th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 home) on 6 may and got delivered on 9 may but I didn't satisfied with battery backup. Battery was draining too fast. So I decided file a return.

According to Flipkart the technician was coming on 20 may. and today is 21 may nor technician came neither I got a call.

This is my first ever experience of ordering a Lenovo laptop online and the experience is dreadful. I am a frequent customer of online purchase and a PLUS member on Flipkart. I have Ordered "Lenovo IdeaPad 3 Core i3 11th Gen - (8 GB/512 GB SSD/Windows 11 Home) 15ITL6 Thin and Light Laptop (15.6 inch, Arctic Grey, 1.65 kg, With MS Office)" on 1st May 2022, estimated delivery date was 3rd May 2022 which was pushed to 6th May, then later pushed to 11th May 2022. Meanwhile, I have been following up for my order and as usual Flipkart support team kept on assuring me that it will be delivered on or before the time. But magically the product disappears as they don't have any clue of what happened to it even after reaching to the nearest hub on 6th May. They don't have any transparency from the logistic team and not able to satisfy customer on their queries. Being disappointed so much and fed up from following up with team I cancelled the order.

Delivery is so late . I want a reason. Pls respond to this complaint and give me a reason.

Have purchased a Realme GT2 PRO on 14/APR/2022 where it was mentioned I would get a realme coupon to purchase realme watch S at Rs.1, but as mentioned after the return period coupon was not added and when contacted Flipkart no proper solution was given. I had ordered realme C20 (Cool Grey, 32 GB) (2 GB RAM) from Flipkart by the seller PETILANTE ONLINE. I had ordered the product on the customer review and the seller reviews thought that it will be best smartphone to buy at this scenario. I choose the credit card option to buy on 27th Feb and it saw that this product will deliver in 2 days that mean today(2nd March). But the product is yet not to be packed on 6th March and now when I'm writing this it's showing that the Delivery expected between today to 10th March. I had filled a complain on a Flipkart against this two times first time they replied you will get information about product on 10th March. Even they does not provide the contact no or address of the seller. Now the seller cancelled the order this worst behavior of seller I ever faced in Flipkart.
