Pexiv — not giving my money

I have done the work for pexiv company. They had given me 900 forms which i had to complete in 9 days. I had given that work completed to them on time. Now they have given me a fake report and they are saying that my work is not accurate and asking me to pay 4700 rs to them as penalty. I have done it right but now they are not giving my money. Initially they asked me to fill 900 forms in 9 days, which i thought completed. by mistake 4 forms were left out, when enquired in customer care they asking me to pay 7800 if not they will file a case on me., and they are threatening by telling they will take legal actions if im not making the payment.should i be worried
