I got a call some time ago that i can earn 22500 working from home in 9days and i liked it and i sent them the signature on the aadhar card in the mail. Then they sent me an agreement on the mail id. I could not complete the work on time, so i called him to cancel the agreement, he did not give any response, then a few days later i got a call that i am from the legal legal department and you have not completed the work, so you paid 4700 if i have to do that, i made that payment and sent the payment proof to them, and they assured me that there would be no further problem but they then call a few days later and asked for money then i almost paid for them 10, 000 and he the confirmation of payment that your file went to close now, you will not have any problem with the front. But now after 1 year, i got a call from another number and they said that we are from the pexive legal department and your case has not been withdrawn and you have to be closed, then you make a payment of 5500, i paid them 4500 then they said if i could not even pay 1000, then he said that now you have to do 25890on the next day to get it closed otherwise the file will go into rejection and your will come into court and he let me still a message that if i did not pay dues 12, 000 he will report to sybil. Please help me please solve it please sir

I received a call from a named ruchika sharma mail id is sharmaruchika149gmail.com and contact number is [protected] and he said me that i can earn 22500 in 9 days by working from home.. Then i registered with them by providing aadhar card details photo and signature.. After that i received a agreement on my mail id with mail id of agreement dept as [protected]@gmail.com and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i don’t work or leave the job in between or if i didn’t complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4700 to the company.. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work and completed the work in time and submitted to them monday i got the qc report generated, they generate fake qc report and then threaten the employee for the money.. And also i got the mail as we are pexiv legal department. This email is to inform you that you have fail/not submit/cancel your work. Then according to the terms & conditions, you have to pay pending payment before today. If you do not pay the amount then the company is eligible to take legal actions against you. Kindly reply as soon as possible at this mail. I got a call from an advocate as you need to pay pending amount of 4700 within 12:30pm otherwise i will forward your case to legally further process. I paid the amount of 4700 at 12:59pm and sent a receipt to his whatsapp number [protected] and revert the same to an advocate sent after 1 hr. Again i got a call from him and he asking as you are done a payment deny so you have to pay another for case withdrawal fees of rs.12000 otherwise your case will not been closed. I also verified their agreement by my lawyer and he said that the agreement is fake...

As this consumer complaint forum is solving many problems...

Why don't you try to stop these frauding agencies directly???

They give me work about 900 pages and i complete it further they said u hasn't complete with 90 accurate and u have to pay fine and i have paid to them fine also and further they are blackmailing me that they ready warrant for you i you will not pay money i. E company has start 72, 73, 74 sections on you and also 420 if you want to finish them send us money
About 1.50 i have paid to them. They give me noc but not sending my court clearance letter plzzz tell what to do

I Linsha took a job online from pexiv company to fill 900 forms in 9 days and when I complete il get 22700 as payment.. I agreed and started working day and night.. out of this 9 days these people create an login issue and when we call them they tell to clear browsing data and login again.. but didnt work and on calling they used to be very rude(I have proof of it)..still I completed my work as per instructed within the period and submitted it.i called and informed them that I completed it and they asked me to wait for ac report.on April 2 I received a call from an unknown number who introduced himself as adv Karan Sharma who is the legal advocate of pixel company. He told me my qc report has failed and threatened me to pay penalty of rs 4700 towards company . That too before 1 pm otherwise will move legally.I paid the amount and send a receipt to his number. He confirmed me ragarding the payment and on same day I received another call (introducing as advocate from district court) asking me to pay 3500/- towards noc otherwise my case won’t be closed .That also I paid and hey confirmed the payment and told me that my case is closed and I won’t face any problem in future. So yesterday ie On May 3 I received a call from arbitrary court to pay rs 38950 otherwise my case won’t be closed and I will get legal notice from court. I verified this with my advocate and found out to be fake . Later I saw lot of cases registered in the name of this company in google.. I humbly request to kindly take this complaint in high priority and resolve the problem..

I got the qc report generated, They generate fake qc report and then threaten me for the money.. And also I got the mail as We are PEXIV Legal Department. This email is to inform you that you have fail on your work. Then according to the terms & conditions, you have to pay pending payment on same day. If you do not pay the amount then the company is eligible to take legal actions against you. Kindly Reply As Soon As Possible At This Mail. I got this call from Mr. Hiren Desai Advocate Associate his mail id is hiren.[protected]@gmail.com and contact number is [protected] and he said as you need to pay pending amount of 4700 within 1:30 PM otherwise I will forward your case to legally further process. I paid the amount of 4700 and sent a receipt to his mail id after 1 hr. he confirm me regarding the payment and then he said that i have to submit 15, 500 for closing the agreement. That also I paid. Again he confirm regarding the payment and on the basis of my payment they issued a NOC certificate from behalf of company. after some days he called me again and said that my case is not withdraw till now and i suppose to submit case withdrawal fees of RS. 29, 800 otherwise your case will not been closed and you will get a legal notice form court.
And he said that you need to clear the dues of the company and settle the dispute. Not settling the dispute will land up you in mess and we have to proceed this case to futher for an arbitrary proceedings, we will send you the notice Hard copy on your Residence Address. I also verified their agreement by my lawyer and he said that the agreement is fake... after few days i searched about the company and found many complaints about that company... Same problem is facing with so many peoples. Requesting you to kindly take this complaint in high priority and resolve this problem. I`M humbly requesting all the peoples who are facing this kind of issues don`t pay the money.

I was to contacted by this company and i had done the contract with them and was facing some problem with the forms filling so i tried calling the number given and it was always switched off. And after 9 days coz i coundl not complate he worlk they called and demaneded money first for some 4000 plus and then another 8000 plus otherise they will take me to court and gave me deadline till 1 pm and called me up at12.30 i think i got a bit acsred and i paid them something like 13100 into the accout no provided and they said after that the contarct is over and i would get a noc from them. I gt the noc from them and now after days i get anotehr call from a lawyer saying the thing has gone to court and i have to pay another 18000 to cacel the case. These people are really ripping people off. I would apprecaie if somone can help me. And they speak in a weried way you dont even understand.

Friends i came across a super fraud company called pexiv, as there are many fraud stories of this company flaunting all over the internet about this company, they hire external agents to drag and involve people in this scam, then they make you sign a fake digital agreement, which says that you need pay the penalty of x amount of money if you don't fullfi expected accuracy or do not complete the work, then if you complete the work and submit then it is inevitable that they will report you after 2 days that your qc report has failed, it is almost inevitable that they will do this without exception. Then there are fake advocates who will blackmail you that either you pay the penalty or they will file a case. Then if you pay them the penalty then they will ask for more by making up another fake story. As they are super fraud, these types of companies are super fraud and the one i came across was pexiv. Please do not fall into the trap of these frauds and file a case against them.

Sir mera nam akhilesh kumar gupta hai mai is company me 9 din ke ander 900 form fill up kiya tha lekin udhr fake qc banakr bhej diya gya hai or [protected] se phone aa rha hai bol rha hai ki mai advocate bol rha hu tumhe company ko 4700 payment krna hoga nhi to tumhre khilaph legal action liya jayega maine dr me us company walo ko 2200, 4700 or 6900 rupiya de diya hu. Or phir mere [protected]@gmail.com e-mail id pr sms bheja hai or bol rha hai ko 11600 rupiya tum do nhi to tumhre adress per notice bhej denge or gali bhi de rha tha. Mai bhut pareshan hu kya kroo plzz help me. Or mai police station me fir krne ja rha hu.

I mohammed kaleem received a call from swetha patel ([protected]) and offered me a form filling home based job from where i need to complete 900 forms within 9 days and i can earn up to 22, 500/-. Then i registered with them by providing adhar card details, photo and digital signature. Then i have started working with them and completed 900 forms with the given 9 days after that their website started showing error and i was not being able to submit my work. Now they are calling me and sending emails and asking for money and threatened me that if i don`t pay 4700/- they will take a legal action against me. I got calls on 25.3.2019 from alok varma ([protected]) as if he is an advocate. Today (3.4.2019) again i received call from the same person demanding this time 44, 000/- or he will put me in great truble by sending legal complaint. My humble request to you please get me rid of this and do the needful. Thanking you.

I firstly completed 900 forms than i called the helpline because the forms were not being submitted than they told me delete the history of browser than i submitted it than a pdf file was opened which had a password and after one day they given me password for that file than they given me a fake qc report that your forms were not accurate than i cross checked half of them was accurate and on purpose they manipulated the forms to harrass me and later threaten to sue me. The asked me to 4700 INR and Today they are asking me to pay 7700 INR. Later I researched on the web and found out that I am not the only one that they scammed but thousands other people were also scammed by this company. I humbly request you to take a strict action against this fraud company. They should forced to pay the money to the people that they promised they would if we fill 900 forms.

I am krishanu debnath, i am frauded by the company "pexiv". They give me the work on 22nd march 12 pm and the last date was 31st march. I have done that work and already submitted it on 31st march on 11 pm. They sent me the qc report on yesterday on 5 pm. Now they threating for the money they were told in the agreement paper. They dont give me that much time to check it myself with the pdf file and the report. As some of it i was checked and found one wrong entry i have done. Otherwise it will alright and those are right entry upto i have checked. They send me a sms where they were written that make a case under section 420 against me and if i dont make the payment they will make further steps legaly against me. The advocate mr. Yashvant desai called me and threating me for the money. One call also made by the advocate association and he also threatens me for the money they told me that i was bad behave with them and cross the time limit of the payment.
Now i want a step against them i want a refund of the fraud case. I listened lot of complaint but i think they were good but no they make the same with me. Please help me authority i am so feared about it, please do some actions against them.

I, shamsher of jalandhar started to work for this company named pexiv on 19th march 2019 and had to submit it by 28th march but i failed to complete the work and now i received a call from pranav desai who said that i am their advocate and they have filed case against me so i have to pay ₹9, 510/- or else they will take legal action against me. . If you complete your work with all your terms and condition than from your payment 4700 rps will be deducted.

I paid all the amount at 12:59PM and sent a receipt to his email id and revert the same mail as Lakheshwani as sent after 1 hr. again I got a call from him and he asking as you are done a payment deny so you have to pay another for case withdrawal fees of RS.29980 otherwise your case will not been closed you will get a legal notice form court. After 2 hrs. I got a sms form him as Mrityunjay Pandit case can be booked under Section 420 and Section 406 case number is 3460035 you need to clear the dues of the company and settle the dispute Not settling the dispute will land up you in mess and we have to proceed this case to futher for an arbitrary proceedings, we will send you the notice Hard copy on your Residence Address. Pexiv is a fraud company who are calling people and asking them to join their job where we can earn upto 22500 for gilling 900 forms. And now they r threating to pay rs. 4700 and sending me messages n mails regarding sec. 420 n many.

They offered me to pay 25 rs per form and i had to complete 900 pages in 9 days.. But somehow i made sone mistakes and was unable to achieve the accuracy of 810 pages... On 14th march i got a call from pexiv company and they told me that you have to fill 900 pages and you get 25rs for a page and also told me that their fee will be cut from my income. So i like that job and they asked me for my documents and i send them my documents then they sent me an agreement and their was written that if i can't complete my work then i have to pay them 4700rs otherwise they take legal action against me so i tried to call the mam who called me for this job but their was no respond and i didn't do that work. My name is raj bahaur i saw an advertisement on the job search site, which was told that pexiv company would give you rs. 22, 500 for filling 900 forms. The proposal was good and i applied. After that i received a call from a woman with a contact number [protected] who asked if i wanted to get a job in. I agreed and had to submit my id details to rahul. [protected]@gmail.com mail. A software was sent after an agreement in which i had to upload my photo and signature. After that, a call came in which i had to say that i agree to get a job in the future. Next i sent my eid and login details and i started my work. It was unable to complete my work due to poor health. On 23/03/2016, a lawyer named kamal thakur, with contact number and mail id, has been contacted. [protected]@gmail.com who said that if i do not pay charges of loss of rs 7700 till 2 pm me a in a case in the court, the accused will be charged. The good agreement said, then i asked him time to arrange money, he said that time will not be available. You will have to pay now. Then he called again and he said so much to me. If you want to keep your file on hold then you will have to deposit rs 12450 by 12 o'clock on 25/03/2011. Then i said yes to fill 12450. Then after that he called again and told me if the file is not being held, you will have to pay 2000 rupees only then the file will be kept on hold. Then i paid him rs 2000 and he kept me on your file hold. Payment of 10450 will close your file. Then i registered my problem on the consumer complaints forum and gave them all details. Then the consumer complaints team contacted them and then i got an agreement with the cancellation and wrote that the consumer complaint team has contacted us and on the basis of their say we reduced the 12450 to the penalty amont 5450, which will be sent to you from 3.00 pm you have to deposit before and you will not be disturbed in the future and there were account details in which to deposit 5450. Then i deposited rs. 5450 on his given account number and also mailed him the payment proof. Yet he has not sent the noc yet and again the call of kamal thakur is coming. And i'm bothering me. Sir please help me

I found something fishy and started checking the reviews found that so many people are fell for this trap ..even if I pay the amount and finish my work they will generate fake QC report and demand more money .since yesterday I keep getting emails and message related to court case for cheating them ..I'm really worried please help me .

I join this company from two day ago.. Right now i am doing the work of form filling. After that i came to know that this company is fraud and by scaring. They take money from you... I did as they said and qc report failed... Only case sensitive problem.. They mentioned nothing about it.. Now they threatening to pay the amount in 3 hours else they will file and send me a soft copy of the court address.. Please help.. I dint pay them yet .. I called them and they are very rude to answer the question... Advocate named mayur called me and threatened to pay... They don't give me time to react..
