Hello, i was attracted by the offer of 22500 for working 9 days. I worked on my job and almost finished my task but their website crashed twice and all my work had gone in vein. I tried contacting the company but all the numbers are not working. Now the legal associate is contacting me and threatening me to pay the compensation of 4700. I want to ask what for that 4700 their website is not properly working and they are a complete fake company they threat people even if they give good work. I am a student and i dont have that much money please help me.

Today is my 9th day of work i've completed my work by at submission i got a pdf which is password protected!! They are not receiving my calls and i have done work by putting efforts and all shld i wait for their reply or else file a complain to police? I want my hardwork money 😭 else i'll do police complain on that company and that call numbers what should i do next?

I took this work and submitted the work within the quoted time. However they checked and informed me that i failed to qualify. They called me today and asked me. To pay 4700 immediately. I asked them for one month to pay but they asked me to pay today itself. They even sent me a legal notice and in that they stated that i had to pay 7000 rs including their legal charges. Kindly help me to tackle this situation.

I am a student of BCA 4th semester and on 12march I join a portal of online form filling and they give me 900form to fill and I unable to fill that forms and now they are asking me for money In their bank account .help in this regard they are forced me and sent me legal notices and give me a big head pain by calling for money.
This not give any information about company and nor provide any support and when the 9day over they are threated me so badly pls help in this regard.

Sir they called us and said to pay 15500 otherwise notice will be sent to home so i paid the money again they asked to pay 20500 again i payed them last they asked to close the case 4000 yous should pay sir total i paid 40000 now agian they are asking to pay 15500 to close all your case and details and they sent Noc certificate yesterday... Please help me sir

04/03/2019 ko form filling work ke liye bola gaya 9 din me 900 form complete karne kai jisme se 810 form correct hona chahiye bola gaya fir bola gaya ki iske liye 22000 diya jayega 9 din me jisme se 4000 registration fee kaat k 18000 denge bole kaam hone baad fir ek link bheja jisme sign upload karne ko kaha gaya maine sign upload kr diya fir kuch time baad ek agreement mail kiya jisme mera wahi sign paste kiya hua tha fir ek call aya jisme bola gaya ki agar aap kaam ko pura nahi karte hai to apko 4700 penalty dena hoga maine mana kr diya k mai kaam nahi karunga to bar bar mail karne lage agr kam nahi kiya to v 4700 dene pdenge agreement ke according aur mere mana karne ke baad bhi id aur password de diya but maine login hi nahi kiya fir 20 march ko notice aya jisme bola gaya ki apne work complete nahi kiya hai isliye apko 4700+3000 case charge jama krna hoga 15 din ke under ab mai kya karu please help me

Few days back pexiv typing firm approach me and giving me the homebased job in which i have to fill 900 forms in 9 days but i completed their work in 8 days and submit them and next they send me fake qc report in which my right forms are proved wrong by this fraud company now they are harrashing me by sending email and messages from a advocate pranav desai mob no.[protected] and they are also not replying my messages about qc report failure. Please help me asap.

I daizy sharma received a call from a named ruchika sharma mail id is sharmaruchika149gmail.com and contact number is [protected] and he said me that i can earn 22500 in 9 days by working...

My name is aliza ahmed i got a call from pexiv to fill 900 forms in 9 days but due to some medical reasons i wasn't able to submit the form. Form. So without any prior information they registered a case against me and said to submit 4700+3000 as the penalty fees and i submitted the fees. Then they again calles me and said if you want to terminate the agreement then you have to submit 12 thousand rupees within 2 hours and if you will not submit then you will have to join the work again and then have to submit 14 thousand rupess within 2 hours.
So i would like to request you to take a look over my problem as soon as possible.

Maine puch raha tha kaisa kiya bhar neka hai. Or only 1 example dene kiliye bola tha. Muzhe kuch reply nahi diya. Abhi mera upar case kar raha hai. Or wibsit bhi nahi diya tha. This company ko action lena chahiye q ki kuch bolne se replay bhi nahi deta hai or ulte hamlogoko fasata hai. Please action lena chahiye sab ledka log... All everybody come boys.

This company has been making frauds and manipulating people who doesn't have sufficient knowledge but who have will to work. They are trapping the people and black mailing them with legal documents which has been made by them and so many people are with fear paying money to them. Please control these type of activities and take necessary legal actions against them.

A company pexiv offered me a home based online jobs. They said i have complete 900 forms in 9 days and if qc failed i have to pay rs 4700. They said they would pay rs 25 per form. They took my aadhar card details. I completed the work before the timeline. But they sent a fake qc report saying it failed. They said i have given double space instead of one in many places. The so called advocate called me to threaten. Advocate sent me a qc reportat first which is very strange. They asked me to pay more than 10000. I denied. They said they would send legal notice.

They are fake. They bullied many people recently. They need to be arrested to stop bullying others. They claim to be from maharashtra but i got these calls from gujarat

I have searched the work from home at once a sudden call from gujrat and she says that she will give 22000 for 9 days but i confidentally says that i worked for 9 days night and noon with 90 percent accuracy and i have checked the work for more than ten times but he says that the qr report is fail and forcing me to pay rs 4700 as a penalty

I uploaded my resume on quicker for job after some day i got a call from this company name pexiv, the person who called me was aryan ([protected]) he offered me a data entry job in which they provide 900 forms for 9 days and after that they will pay us 22500, and in starting he said that you dont have to pay a peny even i said ok, then he asked for any address proof i sent him that, then i got a software of agreement in that i have to send my photo and signature, after that i got a call from a girl for confirmation, i asked suppose i will not submit 900 hundred forms in the given time then she said that we will not pay you in this you have to pay us 4700 i refused to work, she cut the call, then aryan called me again and started threatning that if you refuse to work then we will do this and that, after that i said ok i will try to do that then somehow my laptop stopped working, i called aryan to inform this issue he was not ready to even listen my point... I am really tensed... What to do and how to... Please help me out with this problem.

I applied for online jobs from home on click india. There was a job listed for pexiv company for online form filling. The pay was rs 22, 500 for filling 900 forms in 9 days. The offer seemed good and i applied for it. I thereby received a call from a woman named riya bajaj with contact no [protected] who asked if i wanted to do the job. I agreed and had to submit my adhar details on the mail id [protected]@gmail.com. Soon after an agreement software was send where i had to upload my picture and signature. Following this there came a call where i had to say i agree to get the job. The next say i was sent my id and and login details and i started working. Due to extremely bad health i could not complete my work. I was contacted by a lawyer named alok varma on 11.03.2019 with contact no [protected] and mail id varma. [protected]@gmail.com who said that if i do not pay the loss charges of 4700 by 1pm i will be charged with a case in court. Since the agreement said so, i paid the amount on a paytm no [protected]. Following this they said for continuing my work i have to give rs 9400. I asked for a cancelation of agreement. They said to pay rs8500 which i did by 12.03.2019. Following this my agreement was to be canceled by they said i have to come to court in maharashtra for signing. It was not possible for me. So i asked for digital signature. They again asked for rs 12, 800 for the matter which i paid and they provided me with noc. According to them my agreement was over. I paid all that money because i wanted to avoid the harassment of court cases. On 16.03.2019 another advocate called rupesh sharma contacted me from number [protected] asking me to pay rs 510 to close my file on the paytm number [protected]. The previous paytm number doesn't exist anymore. I paid the money and he assured me the issue is over. But i think they will continue to harass me. I just want the matter to end here. Please help.
