Pfrda — Why stopping of nps swavalmban lite pension plan | |||||
Dear sir, I had applied for nps lite swavlamban pension plan and given cheque (Sbi cheque no.963145) of rs. 1000/- on 04/08/2014 at il&fs counter, govindpuri, kalkaji new delhi. Nps swavalamban pran no.[protected] Sbi account no. : [protected] kalkaji new delhi In the financial year 2014-15 and 2015-16 i've online invested (From my sbi, kalkaji account no. [protected]) around 7000 in my nps swavalamban plan by tier 1 option. Today i call to the pfrda helpline number caller told me that swawlamban account was closed in the april 2015 and it is converted into atal pension yojna. But i don't get any information regarding this. Finally i want to share my 2 main problems; 1. When i called il&fs executive he has informed me that this plan is closed and online investment is not allowed (Only by cash or cheque) in the swavalamban plan. My question is Then how amount transferred online from by sbi account.In the fy 2014-16 all investment of around rs. 7000 i have invested, online. Then may be my account should be inactive. 2.In atal pension yojna only upto 40years indian can invest and my age is now more than 41 then practically how my swavalamban plan will switch to atal pension yojna.In fact i don’t want to switch. So, its my humble request to continue my plan and transferred all online investment into my swavalamban account, otherwise it will be inactive. In the field of insurance, banking, post offices and other investment sectors mostly new plans come and after a fixed duration it closed (For new investors only) but for those investors who has invested during the plan they continue to invest whole duration as par the plan required. But in the nps swavalamban plan how government has closed. So many investors like me feels cheated by our government. And govt. Has started wrong trend, today they have closed nps swavalamban plan may be possible next govt. Come and they will close atal pension plan then like me what investors will do at that moment. I am raising this issue not only for me, like me so any common people has invested in this plan and even you my check govt. Has focused in this plan for poor people who works at low income, seasonal jobs like hawker, rickshaw poolers, construction labours, farmers etc. These people cant raise this issue. So, i kindly request you to raise this issue and please ask govt. Why they have started this wrong trend. I have taken nps through csc and got my pran card as well, my pran number is[protected], and DOB is 10/07/1976, but due to some reason I didn't contributed since last 3 years, now I want to continue but my pran number is not database of nasl,

This has reference to the query/complaint raised by you. You are requested to email your query/complaint to the dedicated CRA email ID info.[protected]@nsdl.co.in, mentioning your Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN). Alternatively, you can also register a query/complaint with the following options-
a. Logging on the website www.cra-nsdl.com with the user ID (PRAN) and Internet Personal Identification Number (IPIN) allotted to you.
b. Calling CRA’s helpline number (Toll-free[protected] and authenticating yourself with the Telequery Personal Identification Number (T-PIN) allotted to you.
c. Writing to CRA in prescribed format (Form G1-which is available on our website-www.npscra.nsdl.co.in under the menu ‘Subscriber Corner’). If Form G1 cannot be downloaded by the subscribers, they can simply write a letter to CRA and send it to the following address:
