I want to complaint about provide a electricity bill, as you very well know as per government rules it is necessary to provide electricity bill on monthly basis, but in our area pgvcl doesn't provide bill on monthly basis, even they are not providing bill regularly, they are even not insert data properly in database, i checked my bill detail online regularly but the number s of payments are mismatch ed all the time,

I want my bill on monthly basis beacuse if you r providing bill at the end of 2 months it will be more units carge will be charged and i have to pay more just beacuse of the lazy ess of pgvcl empolyees.

-daily electricity interrupted by 7-8 times in a day
-when i submit online complaint they say it is under maintenance which cannot be true
-feeder is under jyotigrama (24x7 electricity for village)
-if we submit complaint they hold a grudge
-if pgvcl will not handle complaint and give appropriate response we will take matter in our hands

There are god home so not paying bill and not cuting electricity...

At my petrol pump
(kalawad road, opp. Balaji wafers, at-vajdi-virda)
for cng i have 100-kva tc and i am facing low voltage problem till last three months.
I had complaint by phone and with letter every fifteen days but ronaki division not solve above issues till today.
At cng busines hours ( i.E. 10 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm ) i am facing sale loss, kindly help to solve low voltage issues as soon as possible.

I, sanjeev bhikhabhai moliya would like to complain against pachim gujarat vij co. Ltd. I paid rs for new connection at date 30.01.2018, for my farm located lapasari road, village kothariya, ta, & dist. Rajkot - gujarat, i already complained 3 times on pgvcl site, but they didnt get proper answer, already 115 days passed and i still waiting for my electric connection, what can i do further?

There are power cuts in morbi, gujarat for unnecessary reasons. We are paying bills timely and you are not providing electricity for free. How ridiculous your service/maintenance department is! You all are corrupted and use low quality materials that break-down occurs every week here and there. There is no change of situation in 1997 and situation of 2017. Don't you think you should improve your services? I am looking for a legal way (I'm sure there is) to sue pgvcl for this type of third grade services.

My bill was due worth rs.850 n last date for payment was 14th september.
I have made the payment on 13th using net banking facility of icici bank.

Somehow the payment was returned to my account saying the i'd is incorrect on 21st.

I again tried to make the payment but second time also, the amount was returned to my account.

Since last 3 years, i am making bill payment via online facility only and all the time it was processed successfully.

Request you to kindly check the issue and update on priority so that i can pay my dues to pgvcl.

We have in business steel casting science last 10 years.

We are using induction furnace so we are using continue process

We are facing tripping & take lc due to poor maintenance of feeder.

Our town ex engineer mr chudasama why pormitad to cut the power for industrial feeder. & mr sharma engineer of r-2 not honer order to mr chudasama.

(1) so it effect our business and also we many time request to remove crossing from our ` industrial feeder` from other local feeder from putting 11 kva cable. But it can`t happened yet,.

(2) if you want to confirm about my complain last many year then please see

(3) in this ` industrial feeder` many ht connection are installed, if this feeder or other feeders comes in fault then all industries face many type of loses due to this stupility power supply.

(4) many year we facing this problems in `industrial feeder` but it can`t solve it.

(5) when we complain in mahuva & bhavangar, office with photo graph & position of industrial feeder video cd then.
But progress is zero!!!

(6) mahuva office work hardly in this problems but he can`t solve this problems easily. Because other office can`t provide ht cable &
Man power. So he also help-less in this problems.

(7) i think this problems can`t remove without removing crossing of feeder by ht cables & proper work.

(8) further we have opted as a continuous power supply and we have paid all charges / deposits as per continuous power supply but we cannot used
Continuous power so we are suffering unnecessary business loss due to wastage of material which is caused due to power failure.

If industries facing this type of problems then how our gujarat industries will grow up...!!

So we request please solve this problems as soon as possible.

Pgvcl is not ideally performing. Voltage drops when feeder is on,
Not doing proper pre-monsoon maintanance (4 times voltage drops in 15 days).
Phone operator (Phone number[protected] badly working, phone always being line busy.
Now its an hour it's say line is busy, what kind of employees you appoint. This is not a first time happen is always happen. So i request u to take and action against this kind of worker who not doing his duty well. Thanks

Sir, my customer no.[protected], the man who is taking the metre reading is mr. Sar 602 is not for came for reading in the month of may and this july, and i had contact your kalawad sub division mrs jadav the lady is also not corpora - ting while i visited and told my grievance she causally told me that your house has been locked. My house is under cctv surveillance this man not came to meter reading.in june month this man told me that he was on leave somebody had offered this job for meter reading. Every month of 15th to 18th your man come for meter reading. Again this month july he didn't turn-up for meter reading. I had visit your deputy engg. Laxminagar division verbally told my grievance and the contract given to metre reading office also the man sar-602 is not visiting. I visit your sub-division office and pay the bills. Please take care the matter and resolve the complaint. I am regular the paying the bill in time and credit also getting timely. You can see all the bills date and the payments.

At Adipur kutch I give complaint on 29/06/2017 at 19.30 for loose wire connection and power gone at my home only, they told me complaint will solve at 21.30. I call Adipur office they told me that it will solve at 23.00. I again call they told there is no men power.
Still its 1.20 o'clock at night still no body visit and solve the issue. Again I call they told me they will come as they get time.
I think this is rubbish services provided by Adipur pgvcl staff. They dont reply respectively and correct answers to consumers.

Hope this complaint effects them to work timely and give answer correct and politely.

I m from pedhla, navagadh rural sdn, i have a agrl conn. From last 5 year. But there is an problem to get supply after working hours of ag supply of 8 hours.
I have complain from last 3 months for this issue at my rural area sdn. But from your side i did't getting positive response. And i suffering a lots of problem for this issue. Please give me proper valid reason for not getting single phase supply. Waiting for your positive response

Hello sir/madam this is mukesh sending this complaint from adipur kutch gujarat area is ward 4/a house no 248 bill are made of my mother's name ratna sharma we live at sindhu versha society the problem is we have given written complaint at geb office adipur they told us we will definitely send meter checker officers if there is a problem in never we will definitely change it by the same time but no one has came yet i went to meet there again no one was available it's been like three times i went there but no response as i thought i should complaint at this place so i could get positive response this is the reason i have send you this massage there is one more problem when there is no lights we call them and always there phone's are kept down so if there is no ring no one need to reply anyway this was just a matter with me by today rest my major problem is to check the meter could you please help me out with this thanks and regards.

This complain for overall of Indian public.

As per Government rules pgvcl must have provide the bill on monthly basis. but in our area they are sending bills of two months.
In website also mention the charges should be for monthly basis.
Due to that we could not take benifit of montly unit chartes.
Please take action immediately for that.

We are facing low power supply since last 6 hours. Its very hot atmosphere kindly do needful.
Past 1 hour i trying to call for register a complaign but no 1 is picking up my call.. Its ur duty so solve customers query. We are paid bills on time but at time of help you people are lazy. So do ur work asap.

As there was rain yesterday in rajkot, power cut can be excused but even after rain has stopped since 9-30 pm, there is still no power and usual no. For complaint (1912) is not working. Trying since yesterday but still there is no response. Suddenly they are saying that no. Is invalid.

Respected sir, as the power has being cutted out due to any technical reasons in the govindnagar Street no.1 gandhigram area rajkot and as the construction work is being carried out here and we are waiting for the power consumption which is required here to do the further work . So please look after that issue and solve fast as much it is possible.

Dear sir, myself ketan dangi, from dhrangadha-surendranagar.since last 2 months of paying estimated value of rs 19491 I didn't get new meter in my premises.employees of pgvcl dhangadhra told to put new electric meter of 12hp electricity should be kept outside of my premises, thereof they i have area there always, full of crime .i have commercial connection which licensees are opolising me by getting cancel my application.sir, I am feeling mentally harass since a month.please kindly help me and provide a way.
